Criminal lawyer and one of the founders of Toron Advogados, with outstanding performance in the consensual and negotiation areas, such as award-winning collaboration agreements, leniency and non-criminal prosecution.
He holds a postgraduate degree in Economic Criminal Law from the Universidad Castilla La Mancha (Spain), the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (Portugal), in partnership with the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCrim).
He is Director of Ethics and Compliance at the Brazilian Institute of Legal Infrastructure Studies (IBEJI) and Rapporteur of the Court of Ethics and Deontological Discipline of the OAB-SP.
He is a founding partner of the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCrim) and the Institute for the Defense of the Right to Defense (IDDD).
